Philip Wardale
Founder and Director

Phil is an experienced Project Manager and Consultant who has accumulated a set of specialist skills whilst working within the local government area since establishing WARDALE in 2011.

Project directorship, project delivery, planning and master planning, marina and operations management, project evaluation and management, peer review, precinct development, maintenance facility experience

Aimee Comer

Since 2014 Aimee has worked local government organisations to assist with the development of marine facilities.


Project management, preparation of business cases for various development proposals, delivery of the organisation’s annual business plan and other strategic documents.

Gabrielle Tabron

Gabrielle is a senior project manager with a background in design and a passion for the built environment. She has 18 years experience in the design and construction industry in building great relationships, interpreting clients needs and working collaboratively with a team to deliver successful and creative built solutions.

Dima Ivanov

Dima has been working in the marine industry since 2007, specialising in marketing and visual presentations of marinas, boat shows and other facilities.

Zoe Hawkins

Good communications can go a long way towards facilitating project delivery. Zoe has specialised in marketing communications for the marine industry for 15 of her 20 years in the field.

Matt Comer

Matt Comer brings 11 years of experience in preparing business cases and financial modelling for marina developments, waterfront developments and port projects. 



Recent projects include the Westhaven Pile Berth Redevelopment, Wynyard Quarter redevelopment and Queens Wharf redevelopment. He worked with Panuku Development Auckland, Waterfront Auckland and Ports of Auckland.
