Wyndham Harbour Pty commissioned WARDALE and Marina Projects of the UK to peer review the design and development work completed to date on this visionary Wyndham Harbour Project. Working with Marina Projects, WARDALE completed a Market Demand study and was involved with the review of the various plans for the development. WARDALE’s completed report provided extensive market research into the existing and proposed marina facilities within Wyndham Harbour Marina’s local market as well as a range of relevant boating and demand market trends.
The market research included visiting many of the facilities within Port Phillip Bay during the month of July 2013. Interviews were completed with managers and staff at all relevant facilities within Port Phillip Bay, Docklands and the Pier 35 facility on the Yarra River.
